The Martin County Amateur Radio Association normally meets on the 4th Thursday of each month, except in November, when we meet on the 3rd Thursday. This month the meeting will be held in the Stuart Police Department located at 830 SE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Stuart.
The doors open around 6:30 PM and the meeting begins at 7:00 PM.

This month’s speaker, David Jensen W7DGJ, began as WA8VDY in the mid to late 60’s. As a teenager in Cleveland Heights, Ohio he volunteered teaching Code to vets at the local VA facility. Dave is a Volunteer Examiner in Scottsdale, AZ and was a speaker at the August 14 – 15 “QSO Today Virtual HAM Expo”. This month “CQ Magazine” features Dave’s article on building the Mercury IIIS Linear amplifier.

All people with an interest in technology and Amateur Radio are welcome to join us. Our association is open to people who are interested in getting their license, or "ticket," as well as "old timers" (people who've been in the hobby awhile).

In order to minimize the "old business" portion of our meetings, the unapproved minutes from the previous monthly meeting will be posted on the Members section of the MCARA website at least a week in advance.

Come early (6:30 PM) and participate in the mini-fest! Bring amateur radio related items to sell or buy, or items of interest to you. We hope to see you there!
